ATLANTA – An unassuming driver found five dead sharks along a dirt road in Spalding County Georgia Sunday.

The sheriff’s office said the driver saw the sharks on Minter Road near Mobley Road, an area known for illegal dumping.

About four to five feet in length, investigators said they weren’t sure how the sharks got to Spalding County.

The Georgia Department of Natural Resources was notified and the animals were removed.
